Return Policy
We want all of our customers to be pleased with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any item you purchase from The Baby Bib Store you may return it within 15 days of purchase for a full refund (not including shipping charges). This policy, however, does not apply to custom orders. Please check your custom orders for accuracy. Returns will not be accepted on custom embroidery orders unless it is an error on our part. Shipping
We ship all in stock products within 24-48 hours of your order (excluding custom embroidered items which ship in 1-2 weeks). Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx Ground (Shipment type will be based on the size and weight of the order.). Some orders that qualify for free shipping may be sent via UPS Ground or FedEx. Our shipping rates are $5.95 for USPS First Class Mail and $6.95 for USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground for orders up to $49.00.
Free Shipping Option:
We offer free shipping on orders over $49.00. At checkout, select the "free shipping" option, as seen below, if you purchase more than $49.00.
